Welcome to Event Solutions products services terms of service and privacy policy. Our goal is to provide you with all the information and services you need to register, enjoy and learn about the event you are attending and to enhance networking with other speakers and participants. If you use this website or any of Event Solutions websites, mobile applications and services listed below or on our websites you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and service of this agreement, which together with our privacy policies govern Event Solutions websites, mobile applications and services. The legal stuff below is basically that what you see on this site is as-is without any guarantee and you use it at your own risk. If you submit any data to our sites, we may use it as part of the mobile event applications, which is publicly viewable. However, you may contact us at anytime to delete or change this data. Please read the following information below to better understand what you are agreeing to.

Event Solutions websites, mobile applications, reporting services and online forms, portals and services are offered to you conditioned on your acceptance or using without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of any Event Solutions websites, mobile applications or services constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.

MODIFICATION OF THESE TERMS OF USE

Event Solutions reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the Event Solutions websites and mobile applications and services are offered, including but not limited to the charges associated with the use of the websites, mobile applications and the services offered by Event Solutions.

Event Solutions websites and mobile apps, contain links to other websites. We are not responsible for the privacy policies or practices of third party websites including without limitation any link contained in a linked sites, or any changes or updates to linked sites. Event Solutions is not responsible for webcasting or any other form of transmission received from any linked sites. Event Solutions is providing these links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Event Solutions of the sites or any association with its operators.

A cookie consists of information sent by a web server to a web browser, and stored by the browser. The information is then sent back to the server each time the browser requests a page from the server. This enables the web server to identify and track the web browser. RESPONSIBILITY FOR PASSWORDS CREATED OF ASSIGNED.

Event Solutions may provide the user with a password and event id to access the collected data. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and is fully responsible for all activities that occur using the password. Event Solutions will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the users failure to comply with this responsibility.

SECURITY

Event Solutions use firewalls and other security technologies to prevent our computers from being accessed by unauthorized persons.

NO UNLAWFUL OR PROHIBITED USE

As a condition of your use of the Event Solutions websites and mobile applications and services, you warrant to Event Solutions that you will not use the Event Solutions websites or mobile applications or services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. You may not use the Event Solutions websites or mobile applications or services in any way, which will or could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Event Solutions websites, mobile applications services or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Event Solutions web sites, mobile applications or services. 6.Download any file posted by another user of a Communication Service that you know, or reasonably should know, cannot be legally distributed in such way

7.Falsify or delete any author attributions, legal or other proper notices or proprietary designations or labels of the origin or source of software or other material contained in a file that is uploaded

8.Restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the communication services

9.Violate any code of conduct or other guidelines, which may be applicable for any particular communication service

10.Collect information about others, including e-mail addresses, without their consent

11.Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Event Solutions has no obligation to monitor the messaging services or any communications services made using our products. However, Event Solutions reserves the right to review materials posted to a messaging or communication service or any of our products and to remove any materials at its sole discretion. Event Solutions reserves the right to terminate your access to any or all of the messaging services, communication services and products offered at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever.

Event Solutions reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in Event Solutions sole discretion.

Always use caution when giving out any personally identifying information about yourself or your children in any communication service. Event Solutions does not control or endorse the content, messages or information found in any communication service and, therefore, Event Solutions specifically disclaims any liability with regard to the communication services and any actions resulting from your participation in any communication service. Managers and hosts are not authorized Event Solutions spokespersons, and their views do not necessarily reflect those of Event Solutions.

Materials uploaded to a any of our services may be subject to posted limitations on usage, reproduction and/or dissemination. You are responsible for adhering to such limitations if you download the materials.

MATERIALS PROVIDED TO EVENT SOLUTIONS OR POSTED AT ANY EVENT SOLUTIONS WEBSITES OR MOBILE APPLICATIONS

Event Solutions does not claim ownership of the materials you provide, upload, input or submit or email to any Event Solutions websites, mobile applications or its associated services (collectively "submissions"). However, by posting, uploading, inputting, providing or submitting or emailing your submission you are granting Event Solutions, its affiliated companies and necessary sub-licenses permission to use your submission in connection with the operation of their businesses including, without limitation, the rights to: copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, reproduce, edit, translate and reformat your submission; and to publish your name in connection with your submission.

No compensation will be paid with respect to the use of your Submission, as provided herein. Event Solutions is under no obligation to post or use any Submission you may provide and may remove any submission at any time in Event Solutions sole discretion.

By posting, uploading, inputting, providing or submitting or emailing your submission you warrant and represent that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to your submission as described in this section including, without limitation, all the rights necessary for you to provide, post, upload, input or submit the submissions.

Most of the data on this site is taken from public sources of information online, however our websites and mobile applications contains some material which is owned by or licensed to us, in other words you should not copy them without seeking permission from the authorized owner. By using any of Event Solutions websites, mobile applications or services you grant Event Solutions the rights to use your company logo in the mobile applications or websites that is being used for conference or event that you attend or register for.

TERMINATION

Event Solutions reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Event Solutions websites, mobile applications and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the Michigan, U.S.A. and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Washtenaw County, Michigan, U.S.A. in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Event Solutions websites or mobile applications or any services provided. Use of the Event Solutions websites and mobile applications is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph. You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Event Solutions as a result of this agreement or use of the Event Solutions websites and mobile applications or services. Event Solutions' performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of Event Solutions right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the Event Solutions websites, mobile applications information provided to or gathered by Event Solutions with respect to such use. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect. Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and Event Solutions with respect to the Event Solutions websites, mobile applications and services supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and Event Solutions with respect to the Event Solutions websites mobile applications and services. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form

EVENT PAYMENTS

METHODS OF PAYMENT

Credit card payments can be made via event websites or may be taken on-site or over the phone directly with your event coordinator. Payments can be made using Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express credit or debit cards. Payments can be made using checks. We may accept a purchase orders at our discretion.

CANCELLATIONS

A written cancellation of the event participant must be received in writing by Event Solutions before the cancellation deadline date (stated on the event registration website) in order for the participant fee to be refunded. Refunds will be made via the original payment method. An administrative fee may occur if you cancel after the deadline date (fee stated on the event registration website).There is no refund for participants that do not show up to the event. You agree that, in the unlikely event that Event Solutions cannot resolve your payment issue and you dispute the credit card charge, this electronic statement may be used as evidence that said charge is valid and just. If there are any issues with your credit card charge, please contact Event Solutions using the telephone number on the website www.eventsolutions.biz.

Event Solutions or its suppliers may at any time, with or without giving notice, in their absolute discretion and without giving any reason, cancel or postpone the conference, change its venue or any of the other published particulars, or withdraw any invitation to attend the event. In any case, neither the Event Solutions nor any of their suppliers, contractors officers, employees, agents, members or representatives shall be liable for any loss, liability, damage or expense suffered or incurred by any person, nor will they return any money paid to them in connection with the conference unless they are satisfied not only that the money in question remains under their control but also that the person who paid it has been unfairly prejudiced (as to which, decision shall be in their sole and unfettered discretion and, when announced, final and conclusive).

CHANGES ARE PERIODICALLY ADDED TO THE INFORMATION HEREIN. EVENT SOLUTIONS AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS MAY MAKE IMPROVEMENTS AND/OR CHANGES IN THE EVENT SOLUTIONS WEBSITES, MOBILE APPLICATIONS AND SERVICES AT ANY TIME. ADVICE RECEIVED VIA THE EVENT SOLUTIONS WEBSITES OR MOBILE APPLICATIONS SHOULD NOT BE RELIED UPON FOR PERSONAL, MEDICAL, LEGAL OR FINANCIAL DECISIONS AND YOU SHOULD CONSULT AN APPROPRIATE PROFESSIONAL FOR SPECIFIC ADVICE TAILORED TO YOUR SITUATION.

EVENT SOLUTIONS AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE SUITABILITY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, TIMELINESS, AND ACCURACY OF THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND RELATED GRAPHICS CONTAINED ON THE EVENT SOLUTIONS WEBSITES AND MOBILE APPLICATIONS FOR ANY PURPOSE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL SUCH INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND RELATED GRAPHICS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF ANY KIND. EVENT SOLUTIONS AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS HEREBY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS WITH REGARD TO THIS INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND RELATED GRAPHICS, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL EVENT SOLUTIONS AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF USE, DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE EVENT SOLUTIONS WEBSITES, MOBILE APPLICATIONS AND SERVICES WITH THE DELAY OR INABILITY TO USE THE EVENT SOLUTIONS WEBSITES, MOBILE APPLICATIONS OR SERVICES, THE PROVISION OF OR FAILURE TO PROVIDE SERVICES, OR FOR ANY INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND RELATED GRAPHICS OBTAINED THROUGH THE EVENT SOLUTIONS WEBSITES, MOBILE APPLICATIONS AND SERVICES OR OTHERWISE ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE EVENT SOLUTIONS WEBSITES MOBILE APPLICATIONS OR SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF EVENT SOLUTIONS OR ANY OF ITS SUPPLIERS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGES.
